Following the closure of MX5 Parts servicing operation in Portsmouth after many years of great service, I am looking for a replacement that is approved by Mazda for the computerised maintenance record.

I have noticed promising recommendations for Japex at Kings Langley, although none are recent.

Who do you use that you go back to again and again because of the quality of service?

I’ll be booking in both my cars at Milcars in Watford for annual service and MOT in July.

Not the cheapest but they do what you ask, and I usually wait around the back of reception working on this laptop with free coffee while they do the work.

Last year and this year I went to Japex,very happy and yes,computerised history with Mazda!
My gearbox oil change at 5 years old has really made the gear changes smoother and easier.
Very knowledgeable guys

Thanks. After experiencing the added value of the indys I am keen to continue on that route, although I know Milcars have been there forever.

Let us know about Japex, I live up the road in Berko so would be keen to know if there’s a good specialist down the road :slight_smile:

You wont go wrong with Japex… Ive been using them for 20 years, on all my Japanese cars.
