Have a look at Dynamic Sounds who offer stereo upgrade packs, featuring all the bits you need and options from manufacturers such as Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony.
I have an NC2 head unit facia kit for sale, brand new still in packaging (see parts for sale items) which could help.
You’ll need the necessary leads depending on your requirements to complete the installation.
To remove the head unit. Either side of the head unit are 2 x triangular plastic panels. Just above your leg. These pull off. Behind are 2 screws. Then under the dash, drivers side, in the side of the radio is another screw. 10mm head I think.
The whole lot slides out forward.
