My 2018 ND RF - first thoughts vs 2009 NC2 RC

Finally upgraded to a mk4 RF. Initial thoughts

Pro
Seats are more comfortable which is very important to actually using the car.
Feels lighter (which it is) and so handling is improved.
Overall looks are great.
LED headlights are much better than the old halogen ones

Con
Mirrors are smaller and not as easy to see other vehicles in (& no Blind Spot indication in this model.).
Standard Nav is pretty awful - will have to save up to get the Android auto module.
Wind noise is high, both with roof up or down.

Prospective Mods
Android Auto or Map data update
Dashcam (any recommendations?)
Shorter aerial (and recommendations?)

Any other suggestions please?

I have that one and like it. I don’t use the radio, though, so I can’t say I’ve properly tested it for function.

I changed my gear knob as well because the OEM one was looking tatty.

Beyond that my car has quite a few mechanical changes, but at that point it starts to become a question of what you want from the car.
