My engine sounds like a flock of pigeons

Hey fellas! I need some help diagnosing my noisy engine bay. Basically between 1k-2k RPM my engine sounds like someone filled it with like a 100 pigeons, and the last time I fiddled with it I’m sure I put fresh 0W-40 in it!
