NA pop-up motor crank arms

Hi all,

Apologies in advance if I make any errors, this is my first post on here.

I recently purchased an NA and it came with the “sleepy eye” headlight mod which is good and all but I quite like to have the oem lights back. Luckily, they were included when I bought the car but with one issue: the original little motor crank arms were missing and I only have the ones fitted for the smaller lights. I have tried to fab these myself to no avail and wanted to ask if anyone knows where I could get a pair from as I’ve had no luck searching online anywhere. Images shown below; I have the ones on the left, I need the ones on the right.
