I scoured the ST/HT issue and could not see any mention of this - are there any refreshments on site in addition to the motor museum cafe?
3 years ago at the same national rally site there were burger bars & coffee stalls so no worry. If you want decent food, take your own picnic; the forecast is good.
There are outdoor catering units as well as the Museum restaurant available for refreshments and food.
The food at the Museum has always been good in terms of quality and price and part of the reason alongside excellent facilities, very happy to return to the venue for a Rally!

Just planning ahead, I’m on a club stand so will be gagging for a bacon roll and coffee first thing!
