Just an update on the bumper plugs chaps. They quoted me $199 to custom paint some in 33J and ship them out.. Might as well get the bumper professionally resprayed and filled for that price.
I asked if they’d send me a blank that I could then paint, they don’t send out blanks. So not the most helpful.
I’m picking up some primer, paint, lacquer etc. anyway to touch up a few areas and so I can paint any additions to the car to match. So I’m also picking up some little plastic hole plugs that are about 8mm, which is what I measured the holes to be, from Amazon from “sourcing map” I’ve seen their stuff here and there around Amazon. Likely all of it is cheap chinese crap but at least this one is consistent and their business name isn’t JCHSZZKJSFOSUOCHOI..
Anyway plan is to get these in and test fit them, then give em a gentle scoring, plastic prime, paint, lacquer and see if they’ll do the job for me. They’re also starting off in orange which I thought might help and I could even pop a couple in temporarily before I paint another set of 2

Just a quick update they fit like a glove waiting for paint to arrive but since I have 32 of these plugs I’ve fit some for now

Very neat.
Few little imperfections but gonna put a few coats on and carefully wet sand it smooth then do the clear
