SFAIK availability of new a/c condensers for NB/NBFL has been zero in the UK for some time, years. Might be worth trying to source one in Japan or US which are the other big MX-5 markets. Good luck.

If the cost is below 180 pounds or so (check this)there is no import duty but you still pay vat. I have imported several bits from japan as its cheaper than pay inflated UK prices. I need one also and i am sure i found another uk one but i have lost it. Will keep looking.

Ok i just did a mock purchase from rock auto for the higher priced version. Came in at 116 shipped. Then vat to pay and your in for about 150 quid. Not bad. NOTE. This was for my 1992 so it should be similar.

Sorry for long delay trouble with g mail. My car is mk2.5 artic, so think condenser different to mk1. will try to repair one I have when I finally get round to removing it while doing cam belt change.

If it’s not an NB2 condenser, it wont fit.

Yup, sounds in the ballpark of what I had to spend.
I sent them my old unit and with that and a bunch of money i had a working one again.
They’re in line to get my MX3 condenser too.
