Nc 1.8 front shock knock

Hello all.

I hope someone can be of assistance! I’ve had a knock coming from the front passenger side shock when going over bumps. It can be heard when rocking the suspension up and down with the bonnet up .

I’ve changed the ARB bushing, droplink , stripped the shock and replaced the spring + all rubbers, torqued it all correctly and it’s still not cured the issue !

Could it just be that the shock is knackered?

I’m not sure what other avenue to explore

Any sign of shock misting oil ?

Are the top mount nuts tight / top mount worn ?

Shock was clean and the top mount nuts tight . As far as I can see the top mount is in good condition

I’d be looking at lower arm bushes

Thanks for your reply , I’ve just checked the lower arm bushes and they are in good condition
