Only info here is which fuse protects a certain circuit, maybe a help pinpointing your particular problems.

As well as sorting gremlins , I’d be putting a decent coat of rust killer on the effected steel work.

Shouldn’t be that hard to replace. Plenty of breakers have what you need, or make your own stuff out of the appropriate connector blocks. I would use sportcarsandspares on ebay if you need parts like that. Message them if they don’t have one listed.
