Living in the UK means a hideous front license plate that spoils the look of the car IMHO - please show me your NC/Mk3 front license plate mounting solutions (e.g. side mount) to address this - thinking of getting a short private registration so I can have a much smaller plate as one option…
There is one on eBay for £66. It uses the towing eye. Just search cravenspeed number plate for mk3 mx5, its supplied by Moss.
Its on my list to do over the winter.

For me short plate in a legal size. You could remove the plinth if you wish or put it below the grill but risk damaging it on speed bumps etc.

Been looking at a cheap private plate letter, number then 3 letters - will end up much shorter
