NC Power Source via Ignition Switch

Hi anyone fitted Daytime Running Lights ? Need to locate a power source that is through the ignition switch to power my DRL 's   Have a 2007 NC

Morning Joe, here’s a link to some info. Sadly, since photobucket pulled the plug on free image hosting, the pics have all disappeared making it difficult to follow now. It’s a while since I fitted mine but it was relatively straightforward.

Do you have a DRL control module as well? The DRL’s are meant to come on with ignition and dim when main lights are switched on, The DRL module takes care of that, keeping it MOT friendly

I wired my MX5 parts DRL last week. (Successfully ! :)) in my 2010 mk3.5
I used a “micro” piggy back fuse into the ‘IGN’ (ignition) fuse in the fuse box in the engine bay.
