Hello, I have a Japanese import 2005 NC. The car came with two standard keys. I did some research and found that the car could be put into “pairing mode” for remote keys. So I ordered one off amazon, tried it, didn’t work. I then did some more research and found that Japanese imports have a different frequency (315) so after ordering one on eBay I have tried that (pictured) and it still doesn’t work. Any ideas? Or does my car just not have this feature?
What are you doing to pair the key exactly and what part of the pairing process fails? I assume that the light on the key comes on when you press a button on it.
