- I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: superpro bush for rear upper control arm
I’m looking at rebushing my rear suspension with superpro but am a bit confused by the rear upper control arm bush
My understanding was that all the rear bushes were the type with inner crush tube and outer PU “bobbin”, ( and the others powerflex etc) seem to be this type
However superpro shows this with the steel outer ( p/n SPF3401K) , for the rear upper control arm ONLY (all others are the crush tube/bobbin type
Has anyone fitted these and is it a diy-able job or is a press needed ?
( I have a set of proper bush tools with threaded rod & inserts etc but not sure it would be up to this )
I’ m tempted to polybush the rest and get a new arm with prefitted bush for this one rather than mess around trying to fit it
