Just as an update. I sold the TEINs and bought the bilsteins and honestly I’m glad I did that. Not sure how some people said it’s a close match to the OEM, in my opinion it’s not but each to their own.
Glad to hear you’ve found a solution you’re happy with.
From what you’ve said on this previously, I’d still contest that the set you bought had some form of fault and/or manufacturing defect. Given mine, and others, positive experiences of a Tein setup on the NC platform. But there we go!

Preload issue id imagine.
No I think it’s preference, they were preloaded all the same from factory. I bought the OEM Bilstein with the eibach lowering springs and those were night and day difference.
