NC tuning in Scotland, ideally Edinburghish?

In the process of dropping a 2.5 into my NC, the engine is going to be totally standard for now but with decat headers, Ramair intake and a goodwin catted midpipe so I want to get it properly mapped, and also get the second lambda mapped out for the decat. Does anyone have any recommendations, especially for a proper dyno place.

(I’m a good spannerist but a disastrous software guy so I will not be attempting it myself  )

No personal connection or experience, nor do I know personally of anyone who has used them.
None the less, I recall they were a Go To many moons back.
I think…vaguely…they did a bit of Knockhill track boys engines back in the day.
Given that 5 pot was used in other performance vehicles…they may have some superchip knowledge with luck.
