Hello,
Can anyone advise on playing WAV music files through the audio system on a 2019 model.
I can connect through the USB port OK - but WAV files are not recognised by Mazda’s infotainment system. I suspect these need to be converted into another format, has anyone converted these into a usable format and what software do I need to convert them please,

WAV might be difficult. It does recognise WMA and MP3
Convert to MP3
Software I use is OJOSoft and Adobe Audition
but you could use Audacity (Free Software)

Hi,
For anyone interested, I found an apple Ipod lurking in the drawer, with 4GB memory. So downloaded itunes software from the apple site, which converts music to AAC format automatically and plays through the USB just fine.
Much cheaper option than the Mazda Apple Car play !!!
So is a road atlas from a motorway services
