ND battery going flat

1. My model of MX-5 is: __ND
2. I’m based near: __Newquay
3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __we have had our ND for 3 years and all was fine. Now the battery is going flat when the car is not in use. We charged the old battery…same thing. Bought a new battery…same thing. I have turned off all the heating and fans, interior light, boot light, radio etc.
   I read about a software update, but everything has been fine for 3 years.
   Just been out to it again and it won’t even unlock.
   Any advice welcome.

Help Me Fix My Expensive Paperweight

My model of MX-5 is: ND 2.0 RF 2017 I’m based near: Nottingham I’m looking for technical help. Hello all, I’m hoping that the internet may be able to point me in the right direction, as currently my MX5 works as a very expensive paperweight. Three weeks ago my window regulator and motor packed in (super irritating trying to get reasonably priced parts BTW). So my car sat for a two weeks. Do you have a multimeter?

Having checked all the obvious you will need to remove each fuse in turn to identify which circuit is drawing current and then take it from there. It will have to be a patient process of elimination.

Please let all of us know what you find.

Leaving cruise control on I am sure used to be an issue too
