ND - Padded Armrest

I found on a long drive, the left arm had nowhere to rest against as the “glove” box was too low.

I treated myself to a RedLine Goods armrest cover so, today, got the tools and stuff and fitted it. The leather was quite thick and the seams very thick, so applied superglue in all the right places and clamped each side at a time.

Shorter length of padding allows lid to open even if cupholders in place.

Have you found this to be any good?

Yes, it’s very good and comfortable when driving. One of the best mods I’ve made, great on long trips

I recently fitted one and it really is a good thing. Little bit fiddly to fit, and I recommend you don’t pay the extra for the padding, - just make your own.
