I recently added a Yaris to the stable and the rear view mirrors were not as good as the ND, especially with the ND “radar” warning on overtaking. The passenger mirror on the Yaris was a wide view but I wasn’t used to the car and parallel parking was a bit hit and miss.
I added a couple of suction mount mirrors on the Yaris to the existing and was impressed. So much so, I added one to the passenger mirror of the ND. I angled the mirror so it pointed to the rear wheel arch. I may reposition the mirror a bit lower.
You hold the mirror in place and twist the body until the vacuum holds it. I’ve jet washed the Yaris a few times and its never moved.
Here’s a picture of a first attempt parallel park with the ND (i.e. no shuffling). Impressed.
