Forgot to update this so…
TL,DR version: It was a dodgy wheel speed sensor.
Took it for an MOT which it was about to sail through but as he took it off the ramp to park it outside all the lights came on FFS! (this was after me using for a few months with no issue). He cleared the faults took it for a test drive and they didn’t come back so he passed it. He said they are likely to come back and if so bring it in and he would take a proper look at it. Taking it out the following spring it was fine for a few months but they came back, booked it in and he swapped the sensor and it’s been OK since.
