ND2 Jacking points - not in manual

Hi
I have an ND2 bought new in April 2021.
It doesn’t come with a jack (covered in other threads) which is fine. The only roadside repair would be using the emergency tyre repair kit which is covered in the manual.
However, like others in this forum, I’d like to rotate my tyres.
I was expecting at least a mention of the safe jack points to be in the manual - but no. Online or printed, nothing.
I understand from other threads that earlier MX5s have front/rear jack points too.

So, does anyone have a definitive ‘something’ that refers to safe jack points on a ND2?
I was planning on buying the Halfords 2 tonne Low Profle Jack (currently £47.99).

Thanks

Thanks for both of these. I swear I went through the online manual and couldn’t find anything.
I do note that the Mazda jack has a slot to apply lift either side of the jacking points. But the general Halfords low profile jack has what looks like a circular cup. Does that mean if might damage the side jack points?

You can use something like these to protect the sill seam when jacking with a std trolley jack https://www.amazon.co.uk/TengKo-Universal-Slotted-Protector-Diameter/dp/B07BH41DQ6/ref=asc_df_B07BH41DQ6/?tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=310493449173&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4320381981652592319&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1006806&hvtargid=pla-456733066776&psc=1

You can use these Ice Hockey Puck : Amazon.co.uk: Sports & Outdoors as well.

Hi Mad_Malc, It’s no doubt a stupid question but does one have to cut a groove in these pucks to accommodate the seam?

Hi C,
For the sill seams it would probably be better but I have not bothered and not had any issues.
To lift just the front or rear in one go they are large enough to get a good purchase on the subframes.

I have a number of these, used, from an ice hockey friend in the USA. For the sill lift I have a pair with offset groove so it locates on the flange but has most of the support on the inner edge and uses the sill flange to locate and prevent movement… I have another pair with cutouts for the floor stands, a plain one for lifting on flat surfaces and another with a small projection which locates in holes on the lift support pads on the Volvo. All home modified.
