Unusual parking mid way between Mottisfont and the Bear & Ragged. This is completely blocking the shared footpath/cyclepath. It’s not as if there’s a shortage of side roads, verges or lay-bys along the main Test Valley road. I’m more embarrassed than angry about this utter donkey.
