Friday, 22nd June – Meet up in the evening or do your own thing.<o:p></o:p>

For those wanting to go for Fish & Chips, weather dependant, meet in the Premier Inn car park at 6.45pm or go straight to Alexander’s and meet up at Mudeford Quay, BH23 4AB between 7.00pm – 7.30pm and hopefully see a magnificent view across Christchurch Bay to the Isle of Wight.<o:p></o:p>

If weather is not good enough for al fresco fish & chips on Mudeford Quay there are a number of good pubs and restaurants around the Highcliffe, Mudeford and Christchurch area.<o:p></o:p>

Saturday, 23rd June – Meet up in the Premier Inn car park at 9.40 and leave at 9.45am for a leisurely drive through the New Forest to meet up at 11.00am with those driving down from MK or Northampton.<o:p></o:p>

 Would those meeting up with the main Group please note that we are no longer meeting at the Rownhams Service Area on the M27. <o:p></o:p>

 <o:p></o:p>

The meeting point is now to be the Queens Head, The Cross, Burley, BH24 4AB or in the public car park adjacent at 11.00am for a run taking in the northern area of the New Forest with a lunch break at the High Corner Inn, Linwood, BH24 3QY. Leave around 2.00pm for the Ornamental Drive taking us down to Brockenhurst and finishing up at Highcliffe Castle around 3.30pm. Martin and Elaine Bennett our Sports co-ordinators for the weekend will be taking those that want to for a swim on Highcliffe or Friars Cliff beach and possibly a game of rounders.<o:p></o:p>

A large table has been booked at the Somerford Arms (Beefeater) for 8.00pm and its suggested we meet in the bar area at 7.30pm for a cocktail or shandy.<o:p></o:p>

Sunday, 24th June – Leaving the Premier Inn at 9.50am via Sainsburys for a run taking in the central and eastern area of the New Forest.<o:p></o:p>

Plan “A” is to have a picnic lunch at Hatchet Pond, Nr Beaulieu at the junction of the B3054 and B3055 or at Lepe Country Park depending on time and the weather. Our Sports co-ordinators, Martin and Elaine may also be arranging a game of cricket or rounders, Mk 1 & 2’s v. Mk 3’s or girls v. boys! Picnic supplies can be purchased on the day from Sainsburys just across the roundabout from the Premier Inn at Somerford that opens at 10.00am.<o:p></o:p>

Should the weather look like being against us, Plan “B” is to have Sunday Lunch at The Red Lion, Rope Hill, Boldre, Nr Lymington, SO41 8NE. Tel: 01590 673177. A decision on Plan “A or B” will be made on the Saturday evening prior to dinner.<o:p></o:p>
