Stock gearbox?
Hopefully not stock as they are supposedly only rated to handle 250bhp?
Which MX-5 gearbox can handle how much power? | SPS Motorsport GmbH - Mazda MX-5 Tuning
It has the NC 6 speed gearbox in which seems to handle it with no issues.
