New member saying hello in YC12AYK

Good morning and hello to all fellow Yorkshire Ridings members.
Got our MX5 last Friday and joined the club this week.
We live in Aston just off junction 31 of the M1.
Just wondered if anyone within the Ridings section know of our MX5.
YC12AYK looking at its Mazda digital service history was “born “ at Perry’s in Barnsley but then went to Perry’s in Huddersfield and seems to spent the majority of its life in the Yorkshire area before a final hiccup when it would have appear to have drifted down to Sytner select in Nottingham.
Tried the enquiry on the main page to no avail, just wondered if a local ask might bring back any replies about the car if it had been in the owners club at all ?
Looking forward to the new normal when we can get out on a run with fellow Yorkshire Ridings members.

Well,
33 “views” from probably THE most wunnerfool 5 forum on the planet, and nothing.
So, here’s a Hello from sunny Jockhanistan.
Well, you are nearly “Scotch” anyway…black pudding is similar.

YORKSHIRE 0114 244 5300 ask for Paul. Roddisons probably one of the foremost
MX5 UK specialists.

Welcome from another Yorkshire lad :+1::grin:

Hi and welcome to MX5OC.
If your car had a private plate, then you might recognise your car from photos of YR runs on web site http://www.mx5yorkshire.co.uk/.
The YR group use Facebook to keep in touch with other members and there is a link to the group on this web site. The contact details for YR Area Coordinator are also on this site from Home & Committee tabs.
I bought my MX5 from Perry’s in Blackburn 11 years ago and they said that their garage sold more more MX5s than any other dealership.
If you see Me in my grey Mk2.5 in and around East York, then give me a wave.
George
