My old cloth seats are in a bad way so is it worth refurbishing them or should l get them leathered? Is there somewhere in the south that does this?
You might find a nice pair of leather seat on one of the auction sites, Facebook market place etc. I noticed some on FB a short time ago. Bonus (if you wanted) you can pick up a set of heated seat controls SH and get them hooked up, the wiring should be in place for the heated pads that come in the leather seats.
Alternatively get them recovered by a company called Seat Surgeons, downside they are in York. York is a nice place for a day/weekend and that company will fit the seat covers at a date to suit you when ready.
I can’t comment on any other companies near to you, but plenty of members have used the company in York.

I went to Larry Piper in Sparkford, Somerset. I had the cloth replaced with leather and alcantara. They look fantastic, but it did cost me £1k
