Decided upgrade my old NC 2.0 to this ND2 2.0 in Deep Blue (1st one in this colour I’ve seen in the flesh).
Very happy with it so far and I love the colour,
Decided upgrade my old NC 2.0 to this ND2 2.0 in Deep Blue (1st one in this colour I’ve seen in the flesh).
Very happy with it so far and I love the colour,
It is a nice blue, especially when it catches the sun to reveal the mica effect.
That looks very good. Enjoy your new ride!
Same colour as mine. It’s amazing how they manage to get it to look like navy blue in the shade, and sparkly blue in the sunshine.
It’s funny how when I see the same colour on another model it looks unremarkable to me. Maybe it’s just that MX5 owners keep their cars cleaner? Absolutely gorgeous colour. Looks simiarly good to me as the red equivalent. (Ended up choosing the Arctic White myself)
If i could afford to have two, the other one would be Soul Red.
I got the white believing it’s actually easier to keep clean (doesn’t show finger/hand marks) is easier to be seen, and albeit perhaps a defeatest atitude - easier to respay/fix. So head over heart - but that doesn’t in my mind take away the sheer punch of that blue colour.
Yes white is easier to fix, (i used to be in vehicle restoration/refinishing) and you would think i should know better but no…as soon as i saw my car i had to have it. It has the white leather interior and literally everyone comments on how good it looks.
Yep. I test drove one in that blue. And left my hand print on the shiny door when I closed it. Thought it would drive me crazy
Yes the wife always leaves her finger marks on the inside of the door when she gets out of it…drives me mad.
And blue marks on white seats if somone wears jeans?
When i bought the car, i immediately went all over the seats with Auto Glym leather balm. It seems to provide a barrier, and if a mark does appear, a swift wipe with the cleaner and the balm and it’s gone. Also, the balm smells absolutely wonderful.
I also love Soul Red , but when I saw the deep blue I was sold.
