New to the club in Surrey

Hello, I am the happy owner of mk3 2005 limited edition, with which I’ve enjoyed a 10 yr love afair. Showing her age a bit nowadays, as am I! We’ve joined the club hoping for advice and guidance, and share the fun at some local meets. The Black Swan and Ramster Gardens already happy memories for me, be nice to revisit . Penni. X

Hiya

Welcome from ‘slightly older’ orange mk2.5 2005 Icon female [also showing her age] owner in Staffordshire.

You will certainly find all that you seek as a member of the Club

Is that a ‘blue roan’ Cocker Spaniel I see in the pic ?

No…that’s just my daughters new Cockapoo Snoopy that we look after when she’s at work.

Think this post was meant for Davy_F as it’s his ‘fellow Launch Edition’ 2005 Mk 3 in the pic…not my 2005 Mk 2.5

Don’t fret…Club site can be somewhat overwhelming when you first join …especially for us more mature members

:hugs:

Oh no…cute puppy pics :joy:

Snoopy is a great name

Interesting ‘Cockapoo’ not Cocker Spaniel [think they more costly ?]

Since my rescue Tortie Suzi Q passed been slowly adapting bedsit bungalow/garden from cat to being ‘puppy safe’ [time and money]

It’s been tough…especially when I’ve had the funds to go on-line and impulsively buy a puppy

It’ll be my last [4 x previous Cockers] as I’m far less agile now so have to get it correct beforehand…prepare, prepare, prepare

Darn Disney and watching the Lady and the Tramp as a child !

Could say Darn Mazda and running a mature 20 year old MX-5

But the heart wants what the heart wants and once your fall in love you might as well give in :heart_with_arrow:

Welcome Penni from another 2005 Launch Edition owner - they maybe 20 years old this year but they are super cars. Mine in on 115k miles and still pulls really strongly!
