New to the club!

 Hi,

      I thought i’d introduce myself as I’m a newbie! I’m Chris, 42 year old MX5 lover.

I have a 91 black Eunos V Spec. It’s the 2nd MX5 I’ve had, having previously owned a MK2.

I’m hoping to come along to meets and meeting other members.

I thought it’s about time I met other owners who have the same passion lol.

 Greetings and welcome Chris

Well…your in the right placeThumbs up

 Welcome Waving

Hi Chris & Welcome to the MX5 North East Midlands

We have two great meets each month and are looking forward to meeting you and your

91 Vspec (does it have a name, I know a member who has ‘Black Beauty’ but they are in another area!)

Happy MX5 ing

Clive, Maureen  & Jaffa of course

 Hi Clive, Maureen and Jaffa!

At the moment I don’t have a name. I’ve been toying with the idea though, so I’m open to suggestions!

I’m planning on going to the Sunday drive on 6th Feb. Something I’m really looking forward to. It will be great to meet other

members and look at other 5’s.

Chris and the yet to be named V-SPEC

Welcome to the NEM group Chris. By no means compulsory, but our car has a name too - Max! Hope to meet you soon, happy driving.

 Hi & Welcome{#emotions_dlg.ansalute}

Hi and welcome to the club

Welcome Chris Big Smile

Don’t forget to wave to fellow 5ersWaving

Hello and welcome (is David Frost a member???)

I’ve got a 91 v spec - neo green with the tan leather interior, etc.  naming your car: mine’s called Puff (as in magic dragon) because he’s green and a bit fiery, but not a lot as he is only a 1.6!  We also have a 2 seater 1934 Riley racing car (unpainted metal body, so no colour at all!), we have recently sold Tigger the (safron coloured) TR6 because he kept breaking down.  We also have a Triumph Thunderbird and Tiger 90 bikes.

Sha’n’t meet you tonight, have another plan (see forum).  We usually find that car/bike peeps arrange things around a) beer and b) food and c) foodand beer simultanously so if you like these, you will find lots of new friends!!

Cheers

L

 Hi Chris,

Welcome to the forum and the North East Midlands area. Great to see another Mk1 around.

Look in the Area Events for the thread about the Sunday drive 6th Feb and put you name down (just to give us an idea of numbers). I’ll be posting more details about the drive soon.

greetings chris           Waving
