Next national rally in September?

Hi

I am going to buy an NC but want to check out which colour I fancy so thought the best place to do this would be at a rally. Is there a large rally taking place soon? I live near Bournemouth. If there is are tickets available?

Keep your eye on this MX-5 NATIONAL RALLY - Home. It is a BIG event and you will not be disappointed.

If you pay for full club membership you will get in with your car and a passenger for free. All the information will be in the club magazine which you will also get if you pay your subscription.

If you do not wish to pay for membership you will have the opportunity to buy entry tickets nearer the time.

Hi Malc,

I see the webpage for the event is up and running but the buy tickets link seems to be for competition entries not tickets … Am a just too soon? Or should the link go to a different page? Don’t want to miss the show as looking to get a 5 and want to check out all the special editions.

News update is imminent.

Non member pricing will be announced next week (or sooner if agreement is reached with new management at the venue).
For 2 people in a car, it will cost close to Club membership.
Signing up for the Club in the run up to the event is always the best time to join too as you also get the tickets for the event and all the other member benefits.

Well the rally is fast approaching but the webpage still doesnt provide a way to buy a non member ticket for 19 pounds. Is there something I am missing?

Do I buy on the door so to speak or will I get turned away?

Yes Tickets will available on the day and pay at the gate.

There was no way to arrange advance tickets with the Estate and house, with the change of management as above.
The rally is the annual event delivered by the club for the members, this is the priority for us and it is not a profit driven car event where advance ticket sales are essential, though some of the events are different, it will all come down to the arrangement with the venue.

We always recommend membership in the run up to all our rallies as the best time to join the Club for a period of maximum benefit as ticket for car, driver and passenger are included with the welcome pack.
