No power steering turning right

  1. My model of MX-5 is: 1990 Eunos 1.6
  2. I’m based near: Harlow, Essex
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: loss of power steering when turning right.

So I have no power steering 90% of the time I turn right. Pretty much fine turning left (except full lock) Got it up on the ramp at work for 10 mins today in my lunch break and found when turning right, clicking/popping can be felt and heard in the lines indicated below.

Guessing there is air in the system or maybe debris/a blockage so will be doing a full PAS flush and refill but just wondered if anyone has had this same problem and found it to be something else?
