Norfolk Fives Members run Holkham Hall Plant fair & walled Gardens Saturday 28th September

Two of our Norfolk Fives members Michelle & Jily ( aka the Gin team) have kindly offered to organise a great run and day out to Holkham hall for its plant and garden show.

Holkham hall is a fantastic stately home for those who have never been and the grounds are fantastic, the garden show from there website looks to have a great selection of stalls and displays and definitely worth a visit, they also have the walled gardens open for visitors as well there will be a additional charge if you would like to view these however.

due to this being Michelle and Jilly’s first run of many more to come this is limited to 15 spaces, they are planing a nice and easy direct route to Holkham Hall so everyone can stay together and not get lost.

the plan

meeting at ASDA Drayton High Rd, Norwich NR6 5DT arrival time wil be from 8.50 ready to leave just after 9 to arrive ready for when the show opens at 10. it will be a nice steady convoy to Holkham hall there is a parking charge of £3.00  & i believe ticket entry is £3.00 as well but worth it for a great day out.
