Our first run of the year is on Sunday 12 February starting at Sainsbury Car Park in King’s Lynn PE30 4LR. We will be meeting at 10:30 for a 10:45 departure. We will hand you the run details on the day.
Barry and Jen have revised the wonderful Oxborough Hall run and it will take us to Baytree Restaurant at Hilgay to arrive about 12:15 which will give us time to have a stretch and make ourselves comfortable before going to the restaurant between 12:30 and 1pm.
We attach the menu and would be grateful if you could let us know your menu choices by Friday 3rd February so we can let Baytree know in good time.
Please note that there when ordering roast there should be a choice other than beef but please just order it as “roast” and you can let the restaurant know on the day.
Please could you let us know so that we can start the “list” of whether you will be joining us on the run or meeting us at Baytree and your menu orders.

Dear Jo & Andy,
Many apologies for the late application/request for us to be included for Lunch at Baytree Restaurant/Garden Centre on 12/2/23. We are still without our MX but still hope we shall have possession by then.
So, assuming that we can be added, Anne & John would both like to attend and book two “Roasts”
We probably won’t do the run, particularly if we don’t have the car!
