Dont feel bad, it’s easy to forget those two pesky little pins.
That is my husband Andy trying to hold onto the bonnet and he still has the hole in his finger to prove it!!
yes, if only Mazda could have devised some sort of, I dunno, a catch type thing to help hold the flappy bonnet bit down, so you didn’t just need to rely on remembering the silly pins all the time…

At least it was not as bad as this accident at Cadwell in 2015. I first saw it as a repeat on the BBC this morning, the third of three incidents in the program.
The pair of MX5s are featured in two segments at 09.53 onwards and 22.55 onwards, and amazingly both drivers were able to climb out of their cars.
