This is an original and genuine car that is a joy to drive, and has given me 24 years of motoring pleasure. Now with a remarkably low 42,800 mileage, she has enjoyed an easy life in my ownership with an average annual mileage of only 1,570.
In British Racing Green, I am only the second owner having acquired her in 1999 after 5,100 miles. An original “P” reg basic model with no modifications but with pop-up headlights, original Sony hi-fi, manual windows and no power steering. Mechanically and electrically her condition is excellent and she drives well. Cloth seats are also in excellent shape, as are the carpets and mats.
A replacement convertible roof is in good condition, although the internal zip is currently stuck closed (this does not prevent the roof from being opened). The paintwork is in reasonably good condition for its age, but there are some surface marks on the bonnet and boot and the original alloy wheels have some scuffs.
The car comes with a cover, and is located in Ealing, West London.
Annual MOT test certificates and service records are available. The current MOT expires in October 2023.
This is a reliable and fun car benefiting from low mileage, which with some TLC, could be brought up to showroom condition.
