Outer tie rod end stuck on knuckle

  1. My model of MX-5 is: 1991 Eunos Roadster

I’ve been twatting this tie rod end with a hammer for the past 30 minutes to try get it out,
don’t have access to a blow torch. What else should I try?

Are you using two reasonably heavy hammers and hitting it on either side simultaneously? Hitting it on one side is not ideal.

Also have a second person levering the joint apart so when it does give it comes apart.
