An additional event is planned for Sunday 16th July, a run to Woodhall Spa to experience the 40’s weekend, take two minutes to see what you can expect at
I have negotiated car parking spaces for the MX5 Owners Club on the local football ground, just outside the village,(a small donation please)
Lesley and myself will be there for the weekend in our motorhome, the kettle will be on for when you arrive along with the BBQ later (bring your own BBQ pack)
If you have any 40’s gear please bring it, if not come in what you feel comfortable in.
The event will finish in the late afternoon with a fly past by the Spit and Lanc.
The meeting point is the Stockyard Truck Stop, with 9:00 departure – or join the convoy on route, the mileage is approx 65 miles each way.

I spotted my sister in the background of one photo! But then she lives there. We visit quite often, next time is in August.
Some of the locals have been heard to say Woodhall has not yet left the 1940s, others regret the passing of traditional things and shops. I just like the friendly people, beautiful scenery and varied countryside - remember that not all of Lincolnshire is flat or below sea-level.
