Where can I find my paint code? For a 56 reg NC 2.0l sport I can only find labels with vin numbers, etc
Mazda don’t seem to put the paint code on the NC body stickers - when I recently had a cosmetic repair done on mine the technician was already aware of that issue & he asked me if I knew what the paint code was; fortunately I had some Mazda touch-up paint & the code was printed on the metal tube.
Paint codes for the NC are also given against the colour name in the sales brochure.
Not sure of whether you know the name of the colour of your car or not? If so then somewhere like MX-5 parts may be able to help with the code (or a friendly main dealer)

You need to enter the year of registration & it will then give you all of the MX-5 colour choices available at that time, I’ve tried it for my 2012 car & my Stormy Blue colour is there with the correct code, 35J.

If you call your local dealer with your VIN number they will be able to tell you the paint code.
If Roadster Robbie is around he could probably assist.
