Our monthly Social Meeting at the Rockingham Arms is on Wednesday 6th, pre booking is no longer needed, registering to attend runs and events is still required Why?

Unfortunately the run to Quarry Bank Mill NT, has had to cancelled, it will be rescheduled for the the Autumn

Sunday 3rd July

We have been invited to attend The Clun Motorshow, organised by The Clowne and District Motor Club, to see the show and the return of ‘Their Vintage Car Run

A run around The Dukeries area has been organised in the morning, our convoy will arrive at the motorshow around 1:30 to see vintage cars as they return. Please note, this run is on the weekend before our Social Meeting

Sunday 10th July

The Festival on July 10th has a wide variety of 40s ‘Home Front’ themed events which take place at numerous venues across the village throughout the weekend. Entrance is free!.

Sunday 17th July

Two events on this Sunday, the Inter Area Meeting being organised by the Peaks and Pennines area at Peak Rail will go ahead., have a look at the photos of our last visit
The North East Midlands Area have booked a display stand at Classic & Performance Motor Show being held at Wentworth Woodhouse, contact NEMs if you want to display your MX-5.

Sunday 7th August

Run to The International Bomber Command Centre.

Lesley and I called in to finalise the details recently, we had a brief tour around the Centre, we found it very interesting, we are sure you will too, its not what we expected.

Meeting at The Dearne Valley Farm (Pub) at 9:30 for a cuppa, leaving at 10:00 prompt, our route will wind its way on A and B roads to The International Bomber Command Centre (IBCC) just south of Lincoln.
Our midmorning T & P stop is at The Sturgate Straight Cafe nr Gainsborough.

IMPORTANT - The lunch time food order needs placed and paid for before July 10th, preferably at the July Social Meeting on the 6th.

Sunday August 21st August

Our first joint run, meeting up with the Tyne Tees Area of The MX-5 Owners Club in Ripon, before going on to Kettlewell to meet the scarecrows.

You will no doubt noticed that petrol has gone up (understatement ! ! ), if you are watching your outgoings why not just join us for a cuppa at the starting venue then leave the run after the mid morning break, or join us on route for the remainder of the run at the nearest point to where you live.
