Monthly Social Evenings
Our Social evenings are at The Rockingham Arms, 8 Main St, Wentworth, S62 7TL
Off road parking, good quality food, hand pulled beers, private room.
The meetings alternate between the first Wednesday or first Thursday of most months * this is to accommodate members who have other commitments.
We have exclusive use of the large restaurant which is down the few steps to the left of the main bar.
Many people arrive around 6:30 and sample the excellent bar food before the meeting starts at 8:15.
Our social meetings are open to prospective members, current members and former members, you do not need to tell us you are coming or book, just turn up, you will be made very welcome.
If you are new to the Peaks and Pennines area or have been a member for some time and never got around to coming to a meeting, come along and join us at this excellent venue.

Rockingham Arms Hotel (Wentworth)
This ivy-clad 19th Century Inn is set in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside in the historical village of Wentworth. Beautifully kept Yorkshire stone houses line the streets of this quaint and peaceful village. The Rockingham Arms Hotel is just off the M1, Wentworth itself is a tranquil Yorkshire village steeped in history, dating back to at least 1066 and listed in the Domesday book.
