Pencoed agriculture college car show sunday 12th may

Hi all saw a few mx5 on sunday down swansea show next one is on sunday is there anybody meating up and takeing their  car in the show think its £10 on the day as late entry

Has the club got a stand?

No, have found the show is usually a bit Farmer Palmer with a lot of cow and sheep dung mines all over the showground and the organisation has been a bit questionable in previous years.

Think I may drive in with snow socks on are you going down Taff

Depends on the weather and whether I manage to finish my clutch and diff ratio change mate, are you coming to the area meet tonight at the Grove, S Cornelly?

Taff

Cheers for the update, if the weathers good I may take a trip over for breakfast at the Avenue club in Queens Sq in Bristol.

Lots of nice motors with a bacon butty and a coffee.

No cant make tonight meeting but will make the next one catch you soon taff

Shame about weather today at Pencoed Show two mx5 on show one white p reg eunos and a blue m reg mx5 for sale didn’t stay long as rain was comeing down but managed to buy two grandstand arcade consoles from 1982 scramble in their box with instructions and Astro wars all working order just tried them very happy for my 80s collection

The white one was ours, fresh from its clutch-changeThumbs up Terrible weather, lots of dung on the field, ruts deep enough to break an ankle, but did meet up with a load of old friends and managed to see about half the cars on show before we went home to avoid the wind and rain watch the Grand Prix.

At least we parted with a tenner as a late entry to help the good causes though. Wink

Yes it was a cold wet day nice looking mx5 you have there nice wheels and trim I’m waiting for a front spoiler off mazda mender s mate shame missed you I just sent entry off for gnoll show and tredegar show and I’ll be at abergaveny bailley park bank holiday just hope it’s dry catch you soon taff

Cheers about the car, only just finished re-furbing the wheels - it took 8 months to do them, on and off, altogether in-between customer jobs, the outer rims had to be re-skimmed and hand polished and the centre caps took an age and much patience to do.

We have an MX5OC S. Wales stand at the Gnoll Show in August so fingers crossed it stops raining by then, still it could be worse…snow forcast in Scotland Wink
