Hi

Did anyone else log on to their computer and get a Peter James Insurance Page ?

I did yesterday and think I’ve saved the details of the page to my Favorites Bar and put the phone number into the smart android phone

OK so Question

My Insurance due 22nd November and the general advice re Car Insurance is to start negotiating 26 days before expiry of Insurance

But just put Bullit in a month early for her MOT and she passed so have 13 Months MOT

Can we do similar with Insurance

I’m looking forward to Assessment of Bullit via Peter James given the Club has been working with them

How soon can I start this process ?

No harm in giving them a call now and explaining when your renewal is due and they will be able to advise the best course.

I would think insurance quotes last a few weeks, in fact probably days (if compare sites) rather than months. It’s best to as suggested call for quotes around 3 weeks before your renewal.
If you do get a good quote earlier then weigh up the pros and cons. Sometimes there’s a fee to cancel early with your current insurer and of course a refund on months not used. The closer you get to your renewal date it could cost you to cancel early rather than you end up with any monies back.
I had a refund on my MX-5 insurance this year, I had 6 months to run, surprisingly I got £109 back after the fee was deducted on a premium of around £350.
