  2. I’m based near: __Crewe
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __As per title, a phone holder for my MX-5. Evidently due the new infotainment system on this model, the old one does not fit (this one here: Phone Holder, MX5 Mk4 RHD – MX5 Parts ). Can anyone recommend one which will work with a 2025 model please?

I got one of these off Amazon, as I didn’t want to be tugging on the dash to fit the one you’ve mentioned, and which isn’t available for the 8.8inch screened MX5’s.

Hold phone quite firmly to the left of the screen, the two metal hooks seem to work well and doesn’t seem to be putting any strain on the central vent.

What aspect doesn’t fit?
The shape of the dash where that mounts looks very similar in the new models, there is just more dash before you reach the screen

Says on the website - Please Note: This will NOT fit the 2024 NE Facelift as the dashboard is a different shape.

I don’t have that mount or a ND3 but I would give it a go and see before buying something completely new, can’t hurt :man_shrugging:
