Taken above Saunton Sands, N Devon
Have you owned them all ?
Love the car.
If I ever get an NC, it will be that colour…
Absolutely Stunning Car…. Stunning Colour , Stunning backdrop too, It’s there to enjoy…. I’m sure you will… A Car like that brings a much needed smile to even the most troubling times that surround us in the past few years One thing after another, But hey ! I’d muster a smile from ear to ear in that car on a sunny day lid down and a nice old thatched pub with a log fire and a flirty bar maid … Yummy… Best regards from Ray in Essex,
I know that AA box In the lay-by…Lovely old ‘ inn ‘ is nearby in ‘ship Lane’. “” The Lifeboat “ We always drop in there when we go to Norfolk Big plate of Mussels And crusty bread Then onto the Le Strange in old Hunstanton for a few days…By the way I often mention your car It’s my favourite photo, Best regards from Ray in Essex
What is even worse Is when the half cover snags the windscreen wipers and the replacement is £57 for the pair of new ones… I know about this I’ve just paid it out to MX5Parts ( genuine Mazda of course ) I had wondered why my half cover wouldn’t budge so I yanked it with all my might and ‘ Bingo ‘ “ no wiper blades “ I’m Awaiting two new ones to arrive, Ray from Epping Essex
You clearly don’t know your own strength!
No, I’m nogbad the fairly naughty.
My NC1 in one of my favourite locations, (Llantysilio mountain) with my other passion - R/C model gliders. Taken about 2 years ago, before Covid struck, but now open again.
Put perfectly …. My wallet does “ know my strength “ though . It’s £57 quid lighter. Best regards from Ray in Essex. Take care, we live in harsh times, . Bless you !
Ps, I heard the ‘ Rip’ as I tugged at the cover ! and failed to understand what the ripping noise was until I walked around the front to take a look …. I knew I had done something quite serious when I saw the windscreen wipers poking through the cover With a mangled look about them !
are you nogbad the bad Lol
Similar minds, hobbies and all that
Sounds like you had a fun run out Robin.
Soon be time for a wee blast out?
Buttercup would like to meet your Mk1
Sure Bob…be great to meet up again.
Keep in touch regarding your convenience and weather.
I don’t do drippy wet driving with Bruce any more.
Spent too much on it.
Love it - the photo AND the car!
I particularly like the first one,
Posh purple/cerise bin…what’s that for?
Friday night Deliveroo binge & “empties”?
( I’m an expat Weegie BTW)
Haha! I deeply enjoyed the use of “cerise” there. That is indeed our glass bin. Or the bin of shame/pride depending on perspective. Ours is often the noisest in the street when emptied - sounding like someone kicking a chandelier down a set of marble stairs.
