As of today, 12 May 2026, I am unable to upload photos from my IPhone. When I add the photos, it shows the thumbnails but in the right corner it continuously says uploading but never progresses beyond 0%. Any ideas? Never had an issue before.
Sorry, can’t advise but just checked from my iPhone and it works so could be an issue with your phone rather than the forum. Have you tried turning it off and on again?
Take a screen shot of the iPhone photo, and see if that uploads…
Thanks for your replies. Tried a whole bunch of things including off/on, clearing history, trying Safari and Chrome, trying other pics/formats, etc. The only thing I can think is that an Apple update last night screwed it up in some way. It’s an older phone but never had an issue until now. Tried my wife’s iPhone and it worked on that so I reckon technology is backing me into a corner where I can do less and less (had a similar problem with software versions on my Apple Mac) without splashing out money on new hardware. It’s not a problem with text uploads like this. Just a bit annoying. Cheers again.
Updated on the weekend too but can’t see anything that’s changed in Photos Settings apart from I have to use passcode to view hidden albums since and toggling that to off made no difference on two tests.
Did you confirm your age after the update?
