Power Steering Fluid Question

Hi all, first post!

So I’ve had my 91 for about a year now, and I’m taking the lockdown as an opportunity to give it some TLC.

One wall I’ve run into is the power steering. I’m having difficulty working out exactly what fluid I need for it.

For example, I’m suggested these two:

My mean question is, what is the difference between ATF and Power Steering Fluid, and which one do I want for my NA?

Either of them will do, the PAS fluid needs to be ATF Dexron-II

So this halfords stuff

from the looks of it, would not be suitable?

It doesn’t say that it’s equivalent to Dexron-II etc…
