I cannot seem to find the power steering fluid tanks location, and as I have been checking all the other levels and adjusting
its doing my head in!, Must be well hidden.

It’s a black cylinder just behind and slightly in board of the LH headlamp.
To the front nearside of the engine, same as Mk1.
The screw-twist lid incorporates a dipstick
