Powerflex exhaust hangers

Hi all

Looking at getting a new shiny exhaust in the next couple of weeks and saw that Powerflex do hangers for them

…is it worth getting them or are they a bit of a waste of money and the standard one’s work fine?

They work fine - but you need to be built like Arnold Schwarzenegger to get them over the exhaust hangers:)

Ordinary ones will work fine, just have a slight more flex.

 Generic hangers have a tendancy to keep slipping off. Stick with factory, and if the new exhaust stretches them a bit, wrap the hanger with a heavy duty zip-tie, to squash it back into shape. A handful of fuel line jubilee clips are also great to precisely position the hangers on the brackets, so that the tailpipe is nicely centred.
