Purchasing from BOFI Racing

Hi, has anyone had any issues lately with delayed orders from BOFI Racing?

They’re usually pretty quick but I’m waiting on an order I placed back in November. Apparently they’re still waiting on a couple of parts to come in from a supplier before they can fulfil my order.

As it’s been taking so long I contacted the parts manufacturer and they told me have they have the parts on the shelf ready for dispatch. All I can surmise is BOFI aren’t purchasing directly from them.

Oh well, the wait continues.

Placed an order for drilled discs front and rear, rear dust shields also on 16th Jan for my NC , dispatched 19th.

So no issues for me.

Which parts did you order if you don’t mind me asking ?

I would get in touch with Bofi about it. I know they recently moved premises to increase warehouse space so something may have been overlooked. They have great customer service so I’m sure they’ll be able to sort things for you.

Waiting on suspension bushes for the NA, they’re waiting on upper and lower front wishbone ones. I spoke to Polybush UK and they have them in stock. Might speak to Polybush UK again and see if they will price match, could then cancel my order with BOFI and get them directly from the manufacturer.

Have you been in contact with BOFI for an update? They’re usually pretty responsive (in my experience at least).

Hi, I’ve been emailing BOFI weekly now since the new year, same reply, “should be here from our supplier soon” or “it should be next week”. I know everyone has supplier issues now and then but I’d expect some effort to get the parts in when a customer has waited (patiently) for over 2 months.

Understood. I’d just cancel the order then, and procure elsewhere. Seeing as you’ve done your own legwork and can see there’s availability from other sources :+1:

Good news, outstanding parts have arrived and everything ready to dispatch :+1: It’s been a wait but I’ll give them another chance as we want a lip spoiler next.
